face treatments against aging. Here are all the proposals of aesthetic medicine

In 2019 we no longer talk about skin aging, but about natural transformation thanks to the remedies of aesthetic medicine.

Getting older is one of the things that statistically scares women so much. Not so much from a “spiritual” point of view; in fact, it is known that females have a thousand resources, a thousand capacities and always have a great desire to do and get involved; aspects that ensure vitality and youth. From the point of view of the body, so from the aesthetic side, women are living with discomfort the signs of the passing time, especially those that appear on their face. In fact, skin aging does not spare anyone. It is an absolutely natural physiological process that involves a change in the skin, due to different factors.

The skin changes are due to two different types of aging. The first concerns the DNA of each person and precisely the genetic factors that characterize it. It usually manifests around 30 years, with a first thinning of the skin.

The second type of aging concerns external factors, such as the environment, the atmosphere in which we live, our lifestyle. The damage is caused by solar radiation, pollution, to which we are exposed involuntarily.

Smoking, alcohol, a wrong diet are behaviors incorrect that instead depend on our will, and that can be eliminated to limit the damages. Again with this in mind, it is possible to put in place targeted actions to counteract the aging of the skin, by choosing aesthetic medicine, a branch of medicine that is having great success; both for the methods proposed to treat the imperfections, and for the results obtained.

Aesthetic medicine exploits the less invasive treatments of plastic surgery, which are becoming more and more popular all over the world. It’s worth spending two words on the newest and currently most popular procedures for women who want to feel beautiful.

The first treatment is the needling, of which we talked a lot in other blog articles. It is a latest generation technique. It provides multiple microperforations that stimulate the skin to regenerate, activating the natural mechanisms of tissue repair. Promotes the natural production of collagen, hyaluronic acid and elastin by fibroblasts.

Ozone Oxygen therapy is also a highly demanded treatment that consists of micro injections with a 4 mm needle of a mixture of oxygen and ozone which stimulates the microcirculation, thus promoting the production of collagen.

Then we have the Fractional CO2 laser used to reduce wrinkles, skin spots, enlarged pores and for a general rejuvenation of the face. The treatment consists in passing the laser light on the area to be treated so that it stimulates the formation in the deep layers of the dermis of collagen and elastic fibers.

We can’t speak about the most popular treatment ever: filler or more commonly known as micro injections. The fillers of collagen, hyaluronic acid or vitamins are extremely effective to make the skin more compact and reduce the signs of aging. Hyaluronic acid has a filling and moisturizing effect, collagen improves the tissue and elasticity of the skin. The injections of vitamins go to fill vitamin deficiencies that make the skin dull and less turgid

Peeling is very well known and practiced: The chemical peeling is also used to accelerate cell renewal. It consists in the application of a chemical agent on the skin, which stimulates its exfoliation and regeneration speed. The duration of treatment is variable (usually a few minutes) and depends on both the characteristics of the patient and the product used. The result is a brighter and smoother skin, with a reduction of wrinkles, scars, spot and acne.

We conclude talking about radiofrequency. The aesthetic radiofrequency is considered a sort of facelift as it obtains results very similar to the surgery of cosmetic surgery with scalpels. A particular machine is used that emits radio waves that generate a warming action of the skin, thus stimulating the production of new collagen and the regeneration of the epidermal tissue. The result is a more defined face, with toned skin and softened wrinkles.

Aesthetic medicine uses for all these treatments a topical anesthetic like Anestop, the excellence in the field. The anaesthetic should be administered locally to the area to be treated 30 minutes before. The operation must be repeated three times. Anestop ensures no pain, therefore an immediate effect. Its components keep the skin well hydrated and also have an anti-inflammatory function.
